Shipping Policy
At Northern Auto Parts, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed with 1 handling day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM, orders on Weekends, and UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
UK Delivery
We offer the following delivery options within the United Kingdom:

Royal Mail Tracked 48: Free delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 24: Available for an additional charge at checkout
Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, courier disruption, seasonal demand or other circumstances outside our control.
Separate Shipments
Some orders may be dispatched in more than one parcel to prevent damage during transit. Where this applies, separate tracking numbers may be provided.
International Delivery
International delivery may be available depending on the product and destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or delivery price unless clearly stated at checkout.
International delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local courier handling.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Please allow time for the courier’s tracking system to update after receiving the dispatch confirmation.
Delivery Delays
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please check the tracking information first.
If there has been no tracking update for several working days, please contact us and we will assist with the courier enquiry.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide:

Clear photographs of the external packaging

A photograph of the shipping label
Please retain all packaging until the matter has been resolved, as the courier may require it for inspection.
Missing Parcels
A parcel can only be treated as lost once the courier’s required investigation period has passed.
Where a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with the circumstances of the order.
