Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately about any damage, defects, or incorrect items. Some items (perishable goods, custom/personalised products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards) are not eligible for return. EU customers have a 14-day cooling off period to cancel or return for any reason. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Warranty applies to manufacturing defects only and does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, or wear and tear.
